Kelly Blackwood: President & CEO
Prior to Browning, Kelly was the Engineering Manager for Headington Energy Partners in McKinney, Tx, where he oversaw key engineering, operational and geologic staff members.  He has also worked for Matador Resources and Encana Oil & Gas in Dallas, obtaining experience in the Permian Basin, Mid-Continent, Rockies and South Texas unconventional and conventional assets in operations and reservoir engineering roles.  Kelly has been awarded SPE Young Engineer of the Year, TSPE Young Engineer of the Year and most recently noted as one of D CEO’s “Rising Stars of Oil and Gas”.  Kelly earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Tom Howell: Vice President of Finance
Mr. Howell has worked for Browning since 1982.

Kevin R. Dickerson, CPL: Vice President of Land and Business Development
Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has a breadth of experience throughout the continental United States. He has managed land departments for various E&P companies throughout the years and brings a wealth of corporate knowledge to the Browning team. Kevin has been very active in AAPL, serving in leadership roles on various committees, including the Executive Committee from 2015-2016.  In addition to AAPL, Kevin is an active member of DAPL, PBLA and OCAPL, and has been recognized as a leader in the industry by being awarded DAPL’s Landman of the Year in 2013, Dallas Business Journal Who’s Who in Energy 2015, and TIPRO 2015 Texas Top Producer Award as Best Landman.  He holds a B.B.A degree in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Will Saint: Operations Manager
Will joined Browning in 2024.  Prior to Browning, Will served in various engineering positions at Denbury Resources and Scout Energy Partners focusing on primary, secondary and tertiary recovery operations across multiple basins.  Will earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Dominick Cassetta: Chief Geophysicist
Mr. Cassetta has worked in a variety of technical and managerial positions on domestic and international exploration, development, and A&D projects in mature, emerging, and frontier oil provinces.  He received his BA and MS in Geology from the State University of New York at Oneonta and Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
